Our services go beyond engineering or design, and we have rebranded our company name to reflect that change.

Over three decades into our mission

Born and raised in Colorado, I grew up as the son of an engineer and farmer who never hired anyone to solve construction issues. I routinely assisted my father in complex tasks, which provided me with a foundational knowledge of construction at an early age.

I graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, and have experience with engineering projects dating back to 1992.

I have been involved in the design of construction projects including roadway, utilities, land development, drainage systems, and moisture intrusion reconstruction projects.

When I first started, several projects I designed as an engineer were not being built properly by contractors, so I took matters into my own hands by constructing the projects myself, literally from the ground up!

From there, I made the commitment to have my services go beyond “design,” and I made the commitment to make my company a one-stop shop for all of your construction needs.

Milestone Engineering is now Milestone Restoration

Today our name catches up with what we’re already building for—a premier provider in the construction and restoration field for community and property management companies.

For customers, not much will change. Our logo has changed, and our website has been updated. Outside of that, you’ll notice some new colors and designs.

We haven't been “bought out.” We're not going through a radical transformation. We're the same legal entity we've been since 2014.

We aren't changing what we do. And we aren't changing how we help businesses like yours.

In fact, we are rather expanding what we do - as our services go far beyond engineering.

Milestone can upgrade your infrastructure with our civil services. We have experience with projects such as site grading, asphalt paving, concrete repair, building retaining walls, utilities installation, and drainage improvements!

2. Structural Services

We know how to build! Whether it is roof replacement, sliding services, drywall installation, or structural framing, we can meet all your structural needs.

3. Geotechnical Services

We provide geotechnical services such as moisture intrusion mitigation, groundwater evaluation, pavement designs, and soil analysis.

4. General Contracting Services

We handle many other types of projects such as storm sewer installation, foundation stabilization, replacing windows, structural repair, and reconstruction of driveways, roadways, and retaining walls. If you have a problem, we can find a solution.
